I prefer royal to light blue myself, as otherwise they pretty much look like everything else in the Prussian Army aside from the Hussars! :-)

I hope things are improving for your family ion the Philippines, Paul.Gonsalvohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16531623280789478092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8079714099175013853.post-85083835590330476392013-11-28T12:16:33.647-08:002013-11-28T12:16:33.647-08:00Hi Jeremy, For the Lithuanians I used a strong lig...Hi Jeremy, For the Lithuanians I used a strong light blue, highlighted with pale blue. For the West Prussians I used flat blue, over a dark blue base. If you are using a service, try sending them a picture of what you like, and ask them to emulate the outcome, rather than specifying the inputs.Craignoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8079714099175013853.post-38781245725296507502013-11-28T00:58:26.534-08:002013-11-28T00:58:26.534-08:00Superb figures by Craig

For my own dragoons I used a base coat of foundry Prussian blue highlight and the progressively lightened with GW enchanted blue. Trying to match it to a print I found online.
Cheers
PauPaulalbahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03482911273863430204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8079714099175013853.post-2460743824376911532013-11-27T19:03:05.795-08:002013-11-27T19:03:05.795-08:00Craig,

I base 3-4 figs per base. It gives each regiment a balanced look, notwithstanding the differences in strength.
