15mm Prussian 1806 (4)

I thought it was about time I posted some more of Johns excellent early Prussians

This time up is Johns complete artillery park with foot and horse artillery as well as ammo supply and limbers.

As usual great looking figures and loads of inspiration for anyone wanting to build up an army of 1806 Prussians.

I would guess these guys will be the foot artillery with the grey trousers?

Interesting to see the old powdered hair style still in use by the Prussians in 1806.

Nice work with the traces, very tricky in our scale and yours have worked out a lot better than mine John!

And these will be the horse artillery with white strides, boots and fancy feather/plume?.

Look forward to seeing more very soon Von Blucher!

    Paul,
As before, thank you my friend for posting these. I've seen your traces on your limbers and they were very well done(and probably better than mine).
The Horse Artillery blue coats are painted a little lighter than the foot, and they should be the same shade. I did this unit this way on purpose as a test. I have another set of horse gunners painted a darker blue, but I haven't based them yet as I still need to finish the guns and limber horses for the battery.
    Anyway Paul thanks again.

I'll left a comment earlier and forgot to thank everyone for their comments!! Work has me running in circles lately.

Paul, you are correct the foot have grey pants and the horse have white breeches and boots.

The powdered hair actually wasn't seen much for 1806, I've painted them that way as to portray the Prussians as still clinging to their victory's from the 7yw.

If I've missed anybody, thank you again for your comments.

Gregory, they're based for General de Brigade, but I'm sure this basing could be used with LaSalle and Black Powder.

    Nathan,
    Thank you for your comments.

Just a little info on the Prussians for 1806 if you didn't notice. They matched the horse colors for each battery, so all the horses including the amunition wagons were of the same color.

Thanks again Paul, for hosting these images.
